As a Network Engineer at his former Employer, he witnessed the backlash caused by poor customer relations and service, resulting ultimately in the closure of the firm. With this, he was determined to not only provide a 5 star customer experience but, also forming long lasting personal relationships with all of our clientele while  preserving  there bottom line! Steve started Tripp Tech out of his home and now has a very successful office in Portland with a couple of hard working Technicians who continue to help the business grow while staying competitive.
